Returns & Exchanges

At Just Strong, we want you to feel empowered and confident in your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. If your fitness apparel doesn't provide the perfect fit for your training, we are here to make the process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original condition, unwashed and with tags attached, then securely pack them in the original shipping bag if possible.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
